Indexing, DOI and ISSN

Verifiable status for identifiers and indexing.

Policy version 1.0 · Effective date 2026-10-20

Continuing series and ISSN

A continuing proceedings series is planned and obtaining an ISSN is a future step. Its title, medium, frequency and numbering will be confirmed. Display an ISSN and verification link only after official assignment; electronic and print ISSNs may differ. An ISBN belongs to the relevant volume. Identifiers do not certify scientific quality or indexing.

DOI and ORCID

The authorized Crossref prefix is 10.70769; a configured prefix does not mean DOIs have been assigned to all papers. Article DOIs appear after registration and resolution to the correct landing page are verified. ORCID identifies an author rather than assessing research quality; authentication uses OAuth. Unconnected services are not represented as operational.

Scopus and other services

Confirmed Scopus coverage for the platform or future proceedings is not currently claimed. A continuing series may be suggested for the appropriate evaluation once prepared. The database makes the decision. If confirmed, the source ID, official record and coverage years will be stated; application alone is not indexing. Open landing pages and metadata also do not guarantee Google Scholar inclusion.

Official references

References informed this policy; a link does not imply membership, accreditation or confirmed indexing.
