Editorial governance and committees

Named responsibilities and independence.

Policy version 1.0 · Effective date 2026-10-20

Event and series responsibilities

The organizing committee handles logistics and participation, the scientific/program committee guides subject coverage and expertise, and editors control proceedings decisions. The publisher provides technical publication services. Where individuals hold multiple roles, authority and conflicts must be explicitly managed.

Committee disclosures

Publish full names, roles, actual affiliations, countries and official profile links. ORCID or another verifiable scholarly profile may support expertise. Listing requires consent; unconfirmed members, honorary names and partnerships must not be invented. Expertise and geographic diversity are assessed from the real membership, not artificial quotas or flag graphics.

Advertising and communications

Advertising and sponsorship are separated from scholarly content. Invitations truthfully identify organizers, scope, fees and indexing status; spam and guaranteed acceptance are not acceptable. Committee and partnership changes are reflected on the event page. Every event needs a named editorial contact.
