Complete author guidelines

Requirements from submission to the final PDF.

Policy version 1.0 · Effective date 2026-10-20

1. Scope and contribution type

Read the conference scope, deadlines, accepted languages and fee terms first. Proceedings submissions must be full papers with a scholarly contribution, a reproducible method and supported conclusions. Abstract-only submissions, promotional material and programs are not represented as full research papers. Reviews are eligible only where the call explicitly permits them.

2. Structure and English metadata

Include a title, informative abstract, keywords, problem and introduction, related work, method, results, discussion and limitations, conclusions, declarations and references, adapted to the research design. Uzbek and Russian papers also require an accurate English title and abstract. No arbitrary universal page limit is imposed: the approved event template governs length and formatting.

3. Author metadata

Supply each author’s names, official affiliation, country and contact email consistently across files. The corresponding author obtains final agreement from all coauthors. ORCID is optional; only an iD authenticated by its owner through OAuth is marked authenticated. Verify references, provide Roman-script bibliographic information or transliteration where necessary, and include existing DOI/URL links.

4. Two files and declarations

Upload an original PDF and a separate blinded PDF, each up to 5 MB with searchable text. Remove names, affiliations, acknowledgements, identifying links and file properties from the blinded copy without removing scientific content. Disclose funding, conflicts, ethics/consent, data availability, author contributions and AI use. Arrange confidential supporting material with the editor rather than exposing it through a public link.

5. Revision and production

Provide a point-by-point response and a new manuscript version; earlier versions remain in the submission history. After acceptance, verify names, affiliations, English metadata, figure permissions, references, licensing, pages and PDF quality. All authors approve the final proof. Publication and decision dates must reflect the actual process. Acceptance, expedited publication and indexing are not guaranteed.
