Mission and readership
RUM Conferences is an independent platform for scholarly events, peer review of original research and open conference proceedings. It serves researchers, institutions, practitioners and libraries. Each conference defines a focused scope and eligible topics; the platform name does not imply that work on every subject is accepted.
Ownership and contact
Publisher and operator: RUM PUBLISHING GROUP LLC. Address: 41 Suvlikamar, Yangi O‘zbekiston community, Dehqonobod district, Qashqadaryo region, Uzbekistan. Editorial office: editor@rum-journal.com. The publisher provides operations and publication services; designated editors control scholarly decisions. The RUM journal hosted in OJS is a separate publication of the same publisher.
Continuing publication model
The conferences and associated proceedings series are intended to continue over time. Once confirmed, the series page will state its official title, scope, frequency and volume numbering. An ISSN is planned; no assigned number has been announced. Event dates and proceedings publication dates are recorded separately.
Current status and transparency
Events, committee members and publications are announced using verified information. Confirmed Scopus or Web of Science coverage is not currently claimed. These policies establish the baseline for organizers, authors and editors; additional event-specific conditions must be available before submission.
