Fee status
Account creation and reading published papers are free. Participation, submission, publication, extra pages, editing, printed copies and certificates require separate event-specific disclosures where applicable. An unpublished fee is not a zero fee. Do not pay before terms are confirmed; platform online payments are currently disabled.
Required disclosure
State the fee type, payer, amount/currency, taxes and extra charges, included services, deadline, official recipient and invoicing process. Explicitly show 0 where free. Publish waiver criteria, application deadlines and responsible contacts. Confirmed terms must not be changed without notice.
Refunds and independence
Event terms address cancellation/postponement, travel or visa restrictions, paper rejection, author withdrawal and services not provided. Refund amounts, deadlines and methods must be disclosed in advance. Payment or a waiver does not guarantee acceptance, expedited decisions or Scopus inclusion.
